COL FB: Oklahoma 58, Kansas State 17

MANHATTAN, Kan., Oct. 29 (UPI) -- Landry Jones amassed 505 passing yards Saturday, setting a school record for No. 9 Oklahoma in its 58-17 rout of 12th-ranked Kansas State.

Jones tossed five touchdown passes for the Sooners (7-1, 4-1 Big 12), who rebounded with a one-sided victory losing at home for the first time in 39 games last week against Texas Tech.

Ryan Broyles hauled down 14 passes for 171 yards and a touchdown, while Kenny Stills chipped in four receptions for 101 yards as Oklahoma outscored Kansas State 35-0 in the second half.

Roy Finch racked up 73 rushing yards and a touchdown on nine carries for the victors.

Quarterback Collin Klein scored two rushing touchdowns, gaining 92 yards on the ground while completing 8-of-16 passes for 58 yards for Kansas State (7-1, 4-1).
