SOUTH BEND, Ind., July 22 (UPI) -- Under Armour and the University of Notre Dame will pay homage to Army for the 2016 Shamrock Series.
The Fighting Irish reveled how on Thursday, when it debuted military green jerseys. The kit comes with a Notre-Dame-gold helmet and gold pants. The green jersey has gold script Notre Dame and a gold number. Notre Dame's helmets for the game have a green stripe down the middle and a hand-illustrated image of the motif that hangs in the doorway of its basilica, on the side.
