ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 21 (UPI) -- Blake Bortles passed for 335 yards with a score and also ran for a touchdown Thursday, sparking No. 20 Central Florida over Rutgers 41-17.

The Knights (9-1, 6-0 AAC), who posted an early 21-0 led, allowed Rutgers to pull within 28-14 at halftime but then pulled away in the second half for a sixth straight win.

Bortles completed 21-of-30 passes and Storm Johnson picked up 75 yards with two touchdowns on 16 carries.

J.J. Worton led UCF's receiving corps with five receptions for 117 yards.

Gary Nova went 11-of-34 through the air en route to 107 yards for the Scarlet Knights (5-5, 2-4).
