COL FB: Oklahoma State 70, Kansas 28

STILLWATER, Okla., Oct. 8 (UPI) -- Brandon Weeden connected on five touchdown passes Saturday, powering seventh-ranked Oklahoma State to 70-28 pounding of Kansas.

Weeden went 24-of-28 through the air for 288 yards, collecting all five of his TD tosses in less than two quarters. Clint Chelf mopped up with 206 yards and two scores for Cowboys (5-0, 2-0 Big 12).

Hubert Anyiam and Justin Blackmon came down with a pair of scoring grabs for OSU.

The Jayhawks (2-3, 0-2) -- who dropped their third straight game -- were led by Jordan Webb, who tossed for 316 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions on 25-of-36 passing. Tim Biere made seven catches for 93 yards and a score.
