Canada body-parts murder victim identified

MILWAUKEE, Dec. 29 (UPI) -- Jeffrey Taylor ignited Vanderbilt to a quick start Thursday and the Commodores rolled to a surprising 74-57 win over No. 13 Marquette.
Marquette scored just six points during the game's opening 11:30, falling behind by 25.
Taylor led the way with 19 points, John Jenkins added 14 and Lance Goulbourne had 13 points with 16 rebounds for Vanderbilt (9-4).
Marquette shot only 32 percent from the field, missed 14 of its 30 free throw tries and hit just three of 15 attempts from 3-point range.
The Commodores, winners of three in a row, will open their SEC season Jan. 7 at home against Auburn.
Marquette (11-2) has lost two out of three after winning its first 10 games of the season.
