MLB: Arizona 11, Atlanta 1

ATLANTA, May 15 (UPI) -- Rodrigo Lopez baffled the Braves over eight innings and Kelly Johnson homered Saturday to lead the Arizona Diamondbacks to an 11-1 win over Atlanta.

Lopez (2-2) was sharp, surrendering one run on seven hits with two walks and five strikeouts, boosting the Diamondbacks to their first win in seven games.

Arizona was also led at the plate by Justin Upton, who homered, got three hits and drove in a pair of runs. Stephen Drew, meanwhile, connected for a two-run blast and collected three RBI.

Braves starter Tommy Hanson (3-3) was tagged with the loss. He fanned 10 but allowed seven hits and five runs in seven innings.
