COLLEGE STATION, Texas, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- Elston Turner and Ray Turner combined for 27 points Saturday, boosting No. 24 Texas A&M to a 56-43 victory over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
Elston Turner put in 14 points, Ray Turner added 13, and Jordan Green contributed 10 points, six assists and four rebounds for the Aggies (4-1).

Texas A&M jumped out to a 30-16 halftime lead then held off a second-half charge by the Islanders to emerge with the victory.
Corpus Christi (1-3) benefited from 14 points, eight rebounds and three steals from Myron Dempsey but were done in by poor shooting, managing only 28 percent from the floor.
