BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Nov. 3 (UPI) -- Screen legend Meryl Streep is to be presented with the Cecil B. deMille Award at the 74th Golden Globes, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced Thursday.
Streep, 67, is already an eight-time Golden Globe winner. The deMille Award is a lifetime achievement honor previously bestowed on George Clooney, Woody Allen, Jodie Foster, Morgan Freeman, Robert De Niro, Martin Scorsese, Steven Spielberg, Warren Beatty, Anthony Hopkins, Robin Williams, Michael Douglas, Gene Hackman, Harrison Ford, Al Pacino and Barbra Streisand.
