ANN ARBOR, Mich., July 29 (UPI) -- Michael Jordan dominated basketball before trying his hand at baseball. Now he is moving to college football, at least with his brand.
The University of Michigan football program planned to reveal its new 'Jumpman' jerseys on Aug. 2, but RedditCFB poster allegedly leaked the uniforms first.
The potential jerseys maintain Michigan's traditional colors and style, but have a 'Jumpman' logo on the left chest plate. The home jerseys are once again token maize-and-blue, while the away jerseys are white with blue numbers. The 'Jumpman' logo is also on the pants.
Michigan planned to debut the jerseys at Nike's "Forged For Greatness: The Victors Dress Code Event" on Aug. 2 in Detroit. The new threads will go on sale on Aug. 6.
