Police were still seeking 19-year-old Brandon Banks after the four were indicted Friday on charges of aggravated rape and sexual battery in an alleged June 23 sexual assault on an unconscious woman in Vandenburg's dorm room.

The four players were dismissed from the team June 29 pending a police investigation.

Each of the four were charged with five counts of aggravated rape and two counts of aggravated sexual battery, while Vandenburg also faces charges of tampering with evidence and unlawful photography.

McKenzie, of Woodville, Miss., was released Saturday on $50,000 bond, WTVF-TV reported, while Batey and Vandenburg remained jailed on $350,000 bail.
