TUSCALOOSA, Ala., Sept. 8 (UPI) -- A.J. McCarron threw four scoring passes Saturday and top-ranked Alabama rolled to a 35-0 rout of Western Kentucky.
McCarron compiled 219 passing yards, going 14-of-19 as the Crimson Tide (2-0) followed up their season-opening rout of Michigan with another victory.

Christion Jones and Kevin Norwood each hauled down two scoring strikes in the triumph.
The Hilltoppers (1-1) were paced by Kawaun Jakes, who completed 20-for-31 passes for 178 yards. The signal-caller, however, was intercepted once and lost a fumble.
