COL BKB: Michigan 93, Eastern Michigan 54

ANN ARBOR, Mich., Dec. 20 (UPI) -- Tim Hardaway and Nik Stauskas keyed an early 20-point run Thursday that sent No. 2 Michigan storming to a 93-54 decision over Eastern Michigan.

Hardaway scored 17 points and Stauskas had five 3-pointers while adding 16 to keep the Wolverines unbeaten in their 12 games this season. It is the second-longest winning streak at the start of a season in Michigan history.

Michigan is one of eight teams still without a loss in major college basketball.

Eastern Michigan took a quick 6-2 lead and Michigan then ran off its 20 straight points on its way to a 40-24 halftime advantage.

Glen Robinson contributed 13 points for the Wolverines.

Eastern Michigan (6-4) was paced by Daylen Harrison with 13 points. The Eagles have lost three out of four.
