COL BKB: Florida State 63, Virginia 60

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., March 1 (UPI) -- Ian Miller hit a 3-pointer with .8 of a second remaining Thursday to give No. 22 Florida State a 63-60 victory over Virginia.

The Seminoles rallied from an 11-point deficit with 4:33 to play and won with a last-second shot for the third time this season.

Michael Snaer made 3-point attempts as time expired to bring Florida State wins over both Duke and Virginia Tech.

Jontel Evans gave the Cavaliers a 60-55 lead Thursday by hitting two free throws with 3:01 remaining and Virginia did not score again.

Deividas Dulkys tied it with a 3-pointer with 1:52 to go and Miller's game-winning shot followed a turnover by Virginia's Sammy Zeglinski with 36 seconds left.

Miller made five 3-pointers and scored 18 points to lead the Seminoles (20-9, 11-4 Atlantic Coast Conference). Florida State will be the No. 3 seed in the ACC Tournament, which will be played next week in Atlanta.

Mike Scott paced Virginia (21-8, 8-7) with 28 points.
