Nashville Predators activate D Petter Granberg, assign him to Milwaukee

Nashville Predators defenseman Petter Granberg was activated from injured reserve and assigned to the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League on Tuesday.

Granberg, 24, missed the Predators' last six games with an undisclosed injury. He played in 10 games with Nashville this season, but did not register any points.

The Swede is also without a point in 18 games with the Admirals this season.

Granberg was drafted in the fourth-round pick (116th overall) of the 2010 draft by the Toronto Maple Leafs and has two career points, both assists, in 37 career NHL games between the Predators and Maple Leafs.
