No. 12 North Carolina and No. 20 Notre Dame will play at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday at the Greensboro Coliseum in a change of date and venue because of a water emergency in Chapel Hill, N.C.

The Atlantic Coast Conference men's basketball game was initially scheduled for Saturday night at the Smith Center in Chapel Hill.

The water crisis in Orange County and Chapel Hill had an impact on the North Carolina campus. A major water main break on Friday was part of the issue.

The University of North Carolina closed campus as of 1 p.m. Friday. Classes were cancelled and staff members were told to leave campus as soon as possible.

Chapel Hill Mayor Pam Hemminger declared a state of emergency.

As of early Friday night, there were no plans for the game to be televised. ESPN was scheduled to televise Saturday's game.
