COL BKB: Louisville at Temple, ppd., weather

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 13 (UPI) -- Thursday's game between No. 8-ranked Louisville and Temple was postponed due to hazardous weather conditions in the Philadelphia area.

The game is to be made up Friday.

The National Weather Service issues a Winter Storm Warning through Thursday for southeastern Pennsylvania. Up to 14 inches of snow was predicted for the area, which includes Philadelphia.

Coincidentally, Temple had called for a "White Out" promotion for the Louisville game.

Louisville (19-4, 8-2 in the AAC) is second in the conference and Temple (6-16, 1-9) sits next-to-last. The same teams are scheduled to play Feb. 27 at Louisville.
