COL BKB: Indiana 63, Michigan 52

BLOOMINGTON, Ind., Feb. 2 (UPI) -- Yogi Ferrell nailed 7-of-8 attempts from long range en route to 27 points Sunday, lifting Indiana to a 63-52 upset victory over No. 14 Michigan.

Ferrell made good on 8-of-10 shots overall for the Hoosiers (14-8, 4-5 Big Ten), who held the Wolverines to 40 percent shooting from the field in handing them their first conference loss.

Noah Vonlen contributed 10 points and 12 rebounds as Indiana claimed a second win in three contests.

Derrick Walton Jr. put in 13 points and Caris LeVert added 12 for Michigan (16-5, 8-1), which had its 10-game winning streak snapped.
