COL BKB: Colorado 100, Oregon 91

BOULDER, Colo., Jan. 5 (UPI) -- Askia Booker erupted for 27 points and Spencer Diwiddie added 23 Sunday, sending No. 24 Colorado over No. 9 and previously unbeaten Oregon 100-91.

Booker grabbed seven rebounds and Dinwiddie had seven assists for the Buffaloes (13-2, 2-0 Pac-12), who improved to 11-0 at home.

Josh Scott came up with 15 points with 12 rebounds and Xavier Johnson added 15 points with seven boards as Colorado connected on a sizzling 56.4 percent of its shots from the floor and sank 33-of-39 free throws.

With CU trailing by 10 early in the second half, Dinwiddie drained a trio of 3-pointers to ignite a 15-4 run and assisted on a key Xavier Talton layup with 6:24 left to keep Colorado ahead.

Mike Moser scored 24 points for the Ducks (13-1, 1-1), who entered the game as one of seven remaining unbeaten teams in the nation.
