TUSCALOOSA, Ala., Feb. 14 (UPI) -- Patric Young scored 19 points Tuesday and No. 12 Florida got back on the winning track with a 61-52 victory over shorthanded Alabama.
Bradley Beal and Erik Murphy each scored 14 points for the Gators (20-6, 8-3 SEC), who used a strong second half to break a two-game losing skid.

Florida went on a 16-0 run coming out of the halftime break to secure the bounce-back win.
The Crimson Tide (16-9, 5-6) were again playing without some top performers who sat out a second straight game for disciplinary reasons.
The Tide's two best scorers, JaMychal Green and Tony Mitchell, were absent again, while Andrew Steele (11 points) and Trevor Releford (eight) returned.
