COL BKB: Saint Mary's 82, Santa Clara 67

MORAGA, Calif., Feb. 12 (UPI) -- Saint Mary's Rob Jones scored 25 points and grabbed 12 rebounds Saturday, powering the 13th-ranked Gaels to an 82-67 victory over Santa Clara.

Matthew Dellavedova added 16 points and 10 assists for Saint Mary's (23-3, 12-1 WCC), which bounced back after dropping a 73-59 decision to second-place Gonzaga Thursday.

Stephen Holt put in 11 points as the Gaels connected on 52.6 percent of their shots. Jones went 11-of-19 from the field.

Denzel Johnson netted 17 points for the Broncos (8-17, 0-12), who extended their school-record, 13-game losing streak.
