COL BKB: Syracuse 95, St. John's 70

NEW YORK, Feb. 4 (UPI) -- Fab Melo was one of three players to hit 14 points Saturday in second-ranked Syracuse's 95-70 win over visiting St. John's.

Melo, who missed the last three games for Syracuse (23-1, 10-1 Big East) for what were believed to be academic reasons, was 5-of-6 from the field with three rebounds and two blocked shots in 21 minutes of court time.
