COL BKB: Harvard 70, Monmouth 61

WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J., Jan. 10 (UPI) -- Keith Wright had 18 points and 15 rebounds, and Laurent Rivard scored 15 Tuesday in 25th-ranked Harvard's 70-61 win over Monmouth.

The Crimson (14-2, 1-0 Ivy) led by 13 at the half but the Hawks fought back to a 50-50 tie late in the second half. Harvard got eight points on free throws by Oliver McNally down the stretch to secure the victory.

Jesse Steele led Monmouth (3-14, 1-3 NEC) with 14 points.
