FAYETTEVILLE, Ark., Jan. 8 (UPI) -- B.J. Young and Julysses Nobles netted 24 points apiece Saturday, propelling Arkansas to a 98-88 win over 16th-ranked Mississippi State.
Young went 10-of-13 from the field and Nobles was true on four 3-pointers for the Razorbacks (12-3, 1-0 SEC), who shot 57 percent for the game.

Mardracus Wade and Michael Sanchez each added 12 points as Arkansas logged a seventh straight victory in the SEC Conference opener for both schools.
The Bulldogs (13-3, 0-1) couldn't hang onto the ball, committing 18 turnovers.
Deville Smith led Mississippi State with 25 points and Dee Bost added 21.
