COL BKB: Notre Dame 67, L'ville 65 (2OT)

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Jan. 7 (UPI) -- Eric Atkins scored six points in the final minute of the second overtime Saturday, boosting Notre Dame to a 67-65 upset of No. 10 Louisville.

Atkins made a pair of jump shots and drained two free throws down the stretch en route to 15 points and eight rebounds for the Fighting Irish (9-6, 1-1 Big East).

Jack Cooley added 18 points and 10 rebounds, and Jerian Grant contributed 17 points as Notre Dame broke a seven-game losing streak at Louisville while playing their fourth straight overtime contest against the Cardinals.

Kyle Kuric and Chane Behanan each had 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Cardinals (13-2, 1-1).
