NASHVILLE, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- John Jenkins scored 20 points and was one of five Vanderbilt players to reach double figures Friday in the 22nd-ranked Commodores' 95-73 win over Monmouth.
Vanderbilt improved to 5-1 and has won four in a row since its lone loss of the season to Cleveland State. Monmouth is winless in six games.

The Commodores shot 55 percent from the floor and hit 11-of-25 from beyond the 3-point arc.
Jeffrey Taylor contributed 14 points and five assists for the Commodores while both Brad Tinsley and Dai-Jon Parker had 12 points.
Vanderbilt owned a 50-27 halftime lead and saw the advantage briefly cut to nine points with 6 minutes remaining.
Monmouth was led by Jesse Steele with 23 points.
