TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Nov. 14 (UPI) -- Bernard James' 18 points on 8-of-9 shooting Monday propelled 24th-ranked Florida State to a 73-50 victory over Central Florida.
James also hauled down 11 rebounds and blocked three shots while Michael Snaer netted 15 points for the Seminoles (2-0).

Xavier Gibson and Terrance Shannon combined for 22 points as Florida State connected on 61 percent of its 2-point field goal tries.
UCF (1-1) was led by Tristan Spurlock with 12 points.
