COL BKB: Missouri 83, SE Missouri St. 68

COLUMBIA, Mo., Nov. 11 (UPI) -- Ricardo Ratliffe and Marcus Denmon both had 20 points Friday in lifting No. 25 Missouri to an 83-68 decision over Southeast Missouri State.

Missouri Coach Frank Haith enjoyed a successful debut with the Tigers. He was hired by Missouri after posting a 129-101 record at the University of Miami.

Southeast Missouri owned a five-point lead late in the first half, but the Tigers closed the opening period on a 10-3 run. Missouri dominated the second half with Ratliffe and Denmon both adding eight rebounds.

Kim English scored 19 points for Missouri and Phil Pressey had 10. The Redhawks were led by Tyler Stone with 18 points and Marcus Brister with 15.

Missouri has won 59 straight home games against non-conference opponents, a school record.
