NBA: New York 98, Indiana 92

NEW YORK, Jan. 2 (UPI) -- Amare Stoudemire pumped in 26 points and Danilo Gallinari added 19 Sunday in the New York Knicks' 98-92 win over Indiana.

Gallinari left in the third quarter with a leg injury, but the Knicks were still able to win for only the third time in their last eight games.

New York also got 14 points from Raymond Felton in the victory.

Danny Granger scored 25 points and grabbed 17 rebounds, and Darren Collison chipped in with 22 points in Indiana's defeat, its fifth in seven games.
