WASHINGTON, Dec. 29 (UPI) -- Nick Young scored 25 points in helping the Washington Wizards pull away in the fourth period on the way to a 104-90 victory over Indiana.

The Wizards, the only NBA team not to have won on the road this season, returned home to record just their third victory in 17 games. Washington held the Pacers scoreless for 2:30 early in the fourth period to turn what had been a five-point lead at the start of the quarter to a 14-point advantage.

Andray Blatche had 22 points and 11 rebounds for the Wizards, who played without Coach Flip Saunders on the bench. He missed the game due to a family emergency involving his mother.

Indiana lost its seventh straight road game. Mike Dunleavy led the Pacers with 20 points.

The teams combined to make just 14-of-44 shots in the opening period, which finished in a 19-19 deadlock.
