HOLLYWOOD, Aug. 18 (UPI) -- A week-long search in West Hollywood has ended on a happy note with Tinkerbell, a missing Chihuahua, being reunited with her "Mommy" -- Paris Hilton.
Tinkerbell, seen on Hilton's TV series or at show-biz events dressed in designer threads and puppy-sized sneakers, went missing last Thursday from her Hollywood Hills home, E! Online reported.
"This dog is like a child to me," said the numerous posters that a distraught Hilton had posted across the Hollywood area. She also offered a $$@$!5,000 reward for Tinkerbell's return.
It was originally feared Tinkerbell had been dog-napped. But all ended well when Hilton's spokesman issued a one-sentence statement: "Tinkerbell has been found and is safe." No other details were released.
