PESHAWAR, Pakistan, Sept. 10 (UPI) -- Militants targeted an anti-Taliban group in Pakistan, beheading three of its members and kidnapping four others, officials said.
The attack took place early Monday morning while the victims were asleep, the Press Trust of India reported.

Two of the beheaded bodies were found after the incident, which took place in Khyber Agency, a tribal area.
Information about the third body was not available, and officials said those killed had recently joined the committee as volunteers, the Press Trust said.
The four kidnapped members have not been identified.
