After Wisconsin's 65-62 against Villanova, social media accounts associated with the Badgers were relentless.

March 20 (UPI) -- The No. 8 seeded Badgers gave the No. 1 Wildcats no time to grieve Saturday. After Wisconsin's 65-62 against Villanova, social media accounts associated with the Badgers were relentless.
"Sweet," the U-W Madison account tweeted. That tweet included a GIF of the now-famous piccolo player from Villanova's band, crying after the Wildcats lost to another No. 8 seed in 2015. Villanova would go on to win the National Championship in 2016.

Former Badgers star Frank Kaminsky also tweeted about his pleasure following the victory, targeting the NCAA for giving the Badgers a bad seeding.

Nigel Hayes led the Badgers with 19 points, while Josh Hart also scored 19 points for the Wildcats. Wisconsin battles Florida at 9:59 p.m. Friday, March 24 in the Sweet 16 at Madison Square Garden.
