COL BKB: Memphis 79, Temple 69

PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 11 (UPI) -- Shaq Goodwin's double-double of 23 points and 11 rebounds Saturday provided the difference for No. 22 Memphis in its 79-69 win over Temple.

Michael Dixon Jr. came off the bench for 15 points as the Tigers (12-3, 3-1 AAC) followed up their win over Louisville Thursday with another strong performance.

Joe Jackson provided 10 points and six assists for Memphis, which used a height advantage to outrebound the Owls 44-27.

Temple (5-9, 0-4) got 24 points from Dalton Pepper and 18 from Quenton DeCosey.
