HONOLULU, Dec. 22 (UPI) --
Georges Niang put in 22 points Sunday and 13th-ranked Iowa State remained unbeaten with a 79-67 victory over George Mason in Hawaii.
Dustin Hogue added 17 points and grabbed nine rebounds for the Cyclones (9-0), who moved on to the semifinals of the Diamond Head Classic.
Melvin Ejim provided 14 points and 11 rebounds.
Patrick Holloway paced George Mason (5-5) with 19 points.
