MADISON, Wis., Dec. 11 (UPI) -- Ben Burst scored 16 of his 18 points in the first half Wednesday, sending unbeaten and sixth-ranked Wisconsin to a 78-52 decision over Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
The Badgers hit half their shots from the field and opened a 20-point cushion at the break. Wisconsin is off to an 11-0 start for the first time in two decades.

Four of Burst's baskets came from 3-point range while Frank Kaminsky scored 16 points and Sam Dekker added 12.
Wisconsin-Milwaukee was led by 17 points from Kyle Kelm. The Panthers (9-3) had captured five in a row.
The Badgers have won all but one of the 31 meetings between the teams.
