COLUMBUS, Ohio, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- LaQuinton Ross' 23 points Saturday sent third-ranked Ohio State rolling to a 74-56 non-conference victory over Central Connecticut State.

Ross also grabbed six rebounds for the unbeaten Buckeyes (7-0).

Lenzelle Smith Jr. added 17 points and Amir Williams also reached double figures with 11.

The best the Blue Devils (2-6) could do was 12 points apiece from Matt Mobley and Faronte Drakeford.
