COL BKB: S.D. State 73, N.D. State 67

SIOUX FALLS, S.D., March 12 (UPI) -- South Dakota State beat its rival North Dakota State 73-67 Tuesday to win the Summit League tournament and earn a trip to the NCAA tourney.

Nate Wolters led South Dakota State (25-9) with 27 points and Jordan Dykstra finished with 18 points and seven rebounds.

The Jackrabbits' neighbors to the north were paced by Taylor Braun's 23 points. TrayVonn Wright added nine points and had eight of the 23 Bison (24-9) rebounds.

The two schools, which have played each other 207 times over the years, both shined at the free throw-line. South Dakota State was 21-for-23 from the line and the Bison hit all 10 of their tries.
