NASSAU, Bahamas, Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Luke Hancock came off the bench to score 19 points Friday and pace No. 2 Louisville to a surprisingly-easy 84-61 decision over 14th-ranked Missouri.
The meeting of unbeaten teams came in the semifinals of the Battle 4 Atlantis, which will conclude Saturday with Louisville meeting Duke for the tourney title. Missouri will take on Virginia Commonwealth in the third-place game.
The Louisville-Missouri contest was one of seven played in major college basketball Saturday that brought together unbeaten teams.
Louisville (5-0) grabbed an eight-point lead at halftime and then held Missouri scoreless for a stretch of 5:13 in the middle portion of the second period. The Cardinals scored only six points themselves in that span, but they grabbed a 65-49 lead and easily sailed to the victory.
Russ Smith had 18 points, seven rebounds, six steals and four assists for Louisville while Peyton Siva and Chane Behanan both scored 13 points.
Missouri (4-1) was led by Phil Pressey with 15 points and eight assists.
