Bethenny Frankel accused of calling ex 'trash, lazy, and stupid' in front of daughter

Bethenny Frankel is being accused of insulting her soon-to-be ex husband, Jason Hoppy, in front of their three-year-old daughter, Bryn, following an unsuccessful court date in which the couple wasn't able to reach a financial and custody agreement.

Hoppy's lawyer reportedly filed documents regarding the incident in the couple's ongoing custody dispute over Bryn.

According to a source, Frankel and Hoppy got into a heated argument in their New York City apartment after Frankel begged Hoppy to settle and he refused.

“Bethenny became enraged and called him trash in front of their daughter, Bryn,” a source told Radar Online. “The argument took place in their swanky Tribeca apartment. She also said Jason was lazy, and stupid because Jason doesn’t have a regular full-time job.”

An insider says Hoppy has always been "very careful" about what he says about Frankel in front of her daughter while the "Real Housewives of New York City" star "doesn't play by the same rules."

After announcing their plans to file for divorce, Hoppy allegedly complained that Frankel wouldn't let him see Bryn enough. In addition he's told Frenkel via their lawyers that he does not want Bryn to appear on her upcoming talk show.
