Katy Perry got "a significant amount of money" from hair care company "Good Hair Day" after the singer reportedly sued claiming they failed to pay her $2 million for an extension of her endorsement deal.

According to TMZ, GHD sued Perry alleging market research had shown the singer's endorsement had a "significant decrease in appeal across Europe" and was "increasingly polarizing ... with negative perceptions in all markets."

Later, the singer counter sued the company claiming GHD had failed to comply with an oral agreement in which they offered to extend her two-year contract for $2 million.

In the end both parties decided to settle. But sources tell TMZ the singer had to pay nothing, and instead got "a significant amount of money" from GHD.
