Ray J sends 'Love and Congratulations' to Kim Kardashian and Kanye

Kim Kardashian's former beau -- and sex tape co-star -- Ray J, said he had nothing "but love and congratulations" for the new mom and her superstar boyfriend Kanye West.

The "Bad Girls All Star Battle" host and singer was being interviewed by Access Hollywood when he was asked if he was scared of Kanye West.

"No. Big fan, big fan," Ray J said of the rapper.

Asked if he thought Kardashian and Kanye were in for the long haul, the "One Wish" singer declined to give straight answer claiming he tries to "keep it respectable."

"I really don't pay attention to it. I try and keep it respectable from that end, but big fan," he said.

Ray J and Kardashian dated from 2005 to 2007 following her divorce from music producer Damon Thomas.
