UNDERWOOD, Minn., March 25 (UPI) -- The owner of an exotic-animal farm in Underwood, Minn., was charged in Orlando, Fla., with keeping big cats without permits.

Police responding to complaints that a 16-year-old girl was hurt by a tiger in Minnesota March 6 found David Martin Piccirillo, 30, in possession of two cubs -- a tiger and a cougar -- that, while healthy, did not have legal paperwork, the Fargo, S.D., Forum reported.
