BOSTON, Oct. 29 (UPI) -- Authorities report finding a box cutter and an X-acto knife on the seat of U.S. Airways Express plane at Logan Airport.
The discovery Tuesday by the pilot of the Beech 19 twin-engine plane was made almost three hours after completing a flight from Maine, the Boston Herald reported.
"We're not drawing any conclusions or connections at this time. We don't know how they got on board," said Ann Davis, spokeswoman for the Transportation Security Administration.
A box cutter also was found aboard a U.S. Airways jet from Houston and bound for Phoenix at Philadelphia International Airport. The incidents are not believed to be related.
