MIAMI, Nov. 9 (UPI) -- LeSean McCoy and Frank Gore will take a seat this week with their teams serving byes, but there are plenty of suitable options available on the waiver wire.

Joining the Buffalo Bills and Indianapolis Colts with Week 10 byes are the Detroit Lions and Oakland Raiders.

If you need some help on who to sit or start at running back in your fantasy football team's lineup, take a look at my top 30 running backs for the week. You can also view my add/drops for the week and more positional rankings in the links below.

TOP SHELF

Young Arizona Cardinals superstar David Johnson is my top-ranked running back for Week 10. Johnson leads the league with 1,112 yards from scrimmage and gets to face a San Francisco 49ers defensive unit allowing the most fantasy points per game and touchdowns to running backs. Look for Johnson to absolutely demolish the 49ers. Miami Dolphins running back Jay Ajayi has 529 rushing yards and four touchdowns in his last three games. If that's not enough of a reason to start him, a matchup against the San Diego Chargers should be. The Chargers are tied with the New Orleans Saints for allowing the second-most rushing touchdowns to running backs this season [11].

SNEAKY PLAYS

Chicago Bears rookie running back Jordan Howard looked very impressive in Week 8 against the Minnesota Vikings. He piled up 202 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown against arguably one of the league's best defenses. This week Howard comes out of his Week 9 bye for a battle against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Buccaneers have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to running backs and have allowed either 100 rushing yards and/or a touchdown to running backs in all but one game this season. Baltimore Ravens running Terrance West gets a matchup against the Cleveland Browns this weekend. The Browns are tied with the 49ers for allowing the most touchdowns to running backs this season and have allowed the third-most fantasy points to the position.

LONGSHOTS

Look for Philadelphia Eagles running back Darren Sproles to see an increased workload as the team's lead back. I like Sproles as an RB2 play in his matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. Sproles is an important player because he does not lose value when his team abandons the running back, due to his pass-catching skills. Sproles has 36 touches in his last two games. Denver Broncos rookie back Devontae Booker should put up decent numbers as a low-end RB2 against the New Orleans Saints, a unit allowing the second-most fantasy points to running backs and second most touchdowns to the position. Although Kapri Bibbs is rumored to be getting more carries, I still expect midlevel value from Booker in this plus matchup.
