New York Knicks' Enes Kanter tweets dis at Cleveland Cavaliers' LeBron James

Nov. 29 (UPI) -- New York Knicks big man Enes Kanter is still going after Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James on Twitter.

He took another swipe at the King Tuesday on his social media account, which is growing in popularity.

James earned his first career ejection Tuesday night in the Cavaliers' 108-97 win against the Miami Heat. He was booted from the game after scoring 21 points and tallying 12 rebounds, six assists and five steals. James was tossed for arguing with referee Kane Fitzgerald about a non-foul call against Hassan Whiteside.

"King of Cleveland," Kanter tweeted. "#HisFavoritePlayGround #StriveForGreatness."

Kanter's tweet included a picture of James as he was being kicked out of the game. Kanter circled the referee in the post.

James and Kanter have a bit of history in their beef. While James doesn't typically address Kanter directly, he has clowned the Knicks as an organization.

In November, James dissed the Knicks for drafting not taking Dennis Smith Jr. ahead of Frank Ntilikina in the 2017 NBA Draft. Kanter responded to that slight by saying that the Knicks "love" what they have in Ntilikina.

After the comments, James' Cavaliers came to town to face the Knicks. James left Madison Square Garden with a 104-101 victory. Kanter and James got into a heated verbal exchange during the contest. After the game, they both traded shots.

"You ain't coming into my house playing that water-bottle-flip game again. You know what I mean? I don't care who you are. King -- what do you call yourself? -- King, queen, princess, whatever you are, you know what? We're going to fight. And nobody out there going to punk us," Kanter told reporters.

James called Kanter's comments corny and said that he is the king, his daughter is the princess and his wife is the queen.

James' parting shot was an Instagram post, which was referenced by Kanter Tuesday.

"You're welcome...[King's crown emoji] of NY #myfavoriteplayground #striveforgreatness," James wrote on Instagram. The post included a photo of James dribbling on the Knicks' logo.

Kanter and James played pickup basketball together this summer in New York City. James, 32, is averaging 28.2 points, 8.3 rebounds and 8.3 assists per game this season. Kanter, 25, is posting 13.6 points, 10.2 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game for the Knicks.

The Cavaliers and Knicks don't play each other again until a home-and-home to end the regular season on April 9 and April 11.
