INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 30 (UPI) -- Danny Granger scored 22 points Saturday, leading Indiana to a 99-86 victory over the winless Philadelphia 76ers.
The Pacers, who have won two straight after opening the season with a loss, also got 14 points from Roy Hibbert, who also grabbed 13 rebounds and had five assists. Mike Dunleavy and Darren Collison also were in double figures for Indiana.

The 0-3 Sixers got 18 first-half points from reserve Lou Williams. Elton Brand added 12 points and 10 rebounds.
