NBA: New Orleans 118, Phoenix 113

PHOENIX, Jan. 6 (UPI) -- Chris Paul had 28 points and 10 assists Saturday to lead the New Orleans Hornets past Phoenix 118-113.

Peja Stojakovic had 23 points and Tyson Chandler had 19 points and 11 rebounds for New Orleans, which completed a three-game West Coast sweep after beating the LA Clippers and the Golden State Warriors.

Morris Peterson had 22 points, including a three-point play to give New Orleans a 117-111 lead with just over a minute left to play.

Steve Nash had 23 points and 11 assists, and Leandro Barbosa led Phoenix with 28 points, as the Suns lost for the first time in five games.
