The 50-year-old now heads the Cape Organization for Rights of the Disabled, suffers from recurring bladder cancer and has a 16-year-old daughter, the Boston Herald reports.

She said her body is starting to worsen.

Burkley decided not to sue Kennedy after getting $668,000 from an insurance settlement. The money was spent eight years later.

Burkley, who now lives in Hyannis, Mass., said Kennedy has paid her around $50,000 but treats her like trash.

She alleges Kennedy told her he is broke and can't give her any more money.

Kennedy denied the accusations and pledged to continue helping Burkley.

Kennedy, 52, works for the non-profit group, Citizens' Energy Corp., and owns nearly $2 million in real estate, the newspaper reported.
