LAS VEGAS, April 2 (UPI) -- Reality star Scott Disick made headlines this week after news broke that he hosted Friday's bash at 1 OAK Nightclub in Las Vegas weeks after he completed a stint in rehab.

Disick, 31, enrolled at Rhythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica in mid March, but was seen hanging out with his kids back home in California a week later. He explained to People magazine, that while he remains sober, he only meant to spent one week at the facility.

"The funny thing is, a lot of people were under the impression that I was going to this rehab facility in Costa Rica for a month, when the truth was, I was going for a week for one treatment that they have there," he said. "I'm not done. I plan to go back to this place."

Disick, who has been dealing with alcohol abuse issues for a while, remained sober during his hosting gig Friday, and reportedly sipped on water and Red Bull throughout the evening.
