TV nominees announced for 10th SAG Awards

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 15 (UPI) -- "Angels in America" and "Everybody Loves Raymond" garnered six nominations each as the Screen Actors Guild announced nominees Thursday for the 10th SAG awards.

"Angels in America" -- director Mike Nichols' adaptation of Tony Kushner's Pulitzer Prize-winning play -- scored TV movie or miniseries nominations for Justin Kirk, Al Pacino, Mary-Louise Parker, Meryl Streep, Emma Thompson and Jeffrey Wright.

The long-running comedy "Everybody Loves Raymond" picked up nominations for Peter Boyle, Brad Garrett, Patricia Heaton, Doris Roberts and Ray Romano, and an ensemble nomination for the cast.

Stockard Channing, Allison Janney and Martin Sheen were nominated for "The West Wing," and the cast received an ensemble nomination. Sean Hayes, Debra Messing and Megan Mullally were nominated for "Will & Grace," and the cast was nominated for the ensemble acting award.

The 10th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards will be presented in Los Angeles on Feb. 22, in ceremonies to be televised on TNT.
